Privacy & Project Information | Marco Island Seawall

This page explains what the project form collects, who receives a request and how long it is kept.

What happens when you use the tools

The budget and condition tools run in your browser. What you enter in them is not sent unless you choose to include it with a project request.

No analytics or advertising tracking is installed. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, such as your internet address, to deliver pages and block abuse.

Who receives your request

The form asks for your community, your concern and a callback number, plus any optional details you add. A request comes to Marco Island Seawall first. We pass it to a local marine contractor, who may contact you about the project. The consent box beside the form says this, and the form does not send until you tick it.

Consent to a project request is not an agreement to buy construction work or a promise that a contractor is available. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email contact@seawallmarcoisland.com.

Keep the request proportionate

A project location, description and contact method are normally more useful than private identity documents. Do not upload financial records, insurance account credentials or unrelated personal information. The form does not ask for identity documents.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
