The city map series identifies the Big Marco River along the island’s northern waterfront. Its bridge brochure lists North Barfield at Factory Bay. Those sources establish useful geography and a route checkpoint; they do not establish a uniform wave load or soil condition for every property. Ask the project professional to evaluate the actual waterfront use, wall condition and working route.

Look below the waterline before choosing a surface repair
The city owner manual explains that loss of support at the submerged toe can contribute to rotation. Ask whether the inspection reaches the toe and documents water-side panel condition. A cap repair alone may leave unanswered questions about the foundation of the wall.
If rock protection is proposed, evaluate the permitted footprint and effect on docking space. The city manual explicitly identifies that tradeoff.
What could the work cost?
Ask for underwater investigation, engineering and access as visible line items. Do not assume an inner-bay barge route and a river-facing approach have the same mobilization cost.
