County Parks lists Isles of Capri Paddlecraft Park at 1295 Capri Boulevard and Isles of Capri Park at 139 Capri Boulevard. They are separate public reference locations, not this website’s offices or a promise of marine-construction access. The Rookery Bay reserve plan describes the surrounding estuarine region. A waterfront proposal should locate the existing structures, vegetation and intended route on the actual parcel’s plan.

Make the shoreline and access constraints visible
Ask the professional to show the wall, dock, waterway width and proposed work limits in the county submission. Where mangroves affect the structure or the route, send photos to DEP before relying on a trimming or alteration exemption.
A private dock, neighboring lot and county paddlecraft launch each have their own permissions. Have the contractor name the intended loading location and identify approvals still outstanding.
What could the work cost?
Separate county permit fees, design and environmental review from construction mobilization. Do not carry the nearby city’s permit rates or a generic island access assumption into the Capri budget.
